Awards

The Toodyay Naturalists' Club was awarded the Bushland Conservation Award in the John Tonkin Greening Awards in 1996.
In 1990 Foundation Member Ray Paynter had been awarded the John Tonkin Greening Award for Individual Endeavour
In 1996 the Club was also a finalist in the Community Group Award along with immediate past President Wayne Clarke who was a finalist in the Individual Endeavour Award

In 1998 it received an Accredited River Manager Gold Award from the Avon River Management Authority.

In 2003 it received the Toodyay Shire's Organisation of the Year Award.

Two members of the TNC have been recipients of the Western Australian Landcare Awards as 'individual landcarers'.
In 2014 Greg Warburton and 2017 Robert Boase were both selected for their contribution to caring for the land.

The Club was nominated for the 2018 WA Regional Achievement and Community Award, and was selected as a Semi-Finalist.
